Digicity — Digital Platform & E-commerce
A modern digital platform for a Finnish device repair business, combining service bookings, e-commerce, and operational tools into one seamless experience.
Digicity needed more than a traditional business website. The goal was to create a complete digital platform where customers could discover repair services, book appointments, purchase accessories, and interact with the business through a modern and intuitive experience.
I built the platform from the ground up with Next.js and Tailwind, integrating a reservation system, e-commerce functionality, dynamic repair pricing, customer accounts, and internal tools. The platform was also designed around real business workflows, including service management and competitor price monitoring.
The result is a scalable, responsive platform that brings Digicity’s customer experience and business operations into a single digital ecosystem.
